Refund Policy
Trinity Auto parts LLC offers a 30-day warranty. On all the used parts that we sell, this warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. Trinity Auto parts LLC provides a Standard 30 Days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Trinity Auto parts LLC.
In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent then we will issue a refund. In the event of emergency wherein the replacement is processing prior to return of the first part then we will require payment for the second part and will refund for the initial part upon receiving the old part back to the provided address provided by Trinity Auto parts LLC. In the unfortunate circumstance where the part you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, our foremost priority is to swiftly offer you a replacement. However, if you choose a refund as an alternative, it is important to be aware that the responsibility for returning the part lies with the customer. Please note that any shipping charges associated with the return will not be refunded or compensated. Upon receiving the returned parts, we will promptly initiate the refund process for the initial amount paid by the customer. Please consult with a certified mechanic before ordering the part similarly consult with your mechanic or any qualified technician before returning the said defective part as Trinity Auto parts LLC reserves the right to ask for “Diagnostic reports, or Service Document ” to verify the claim.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Trinity Auto parts LLC must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be returned within 30 days from the original shipment delivery date. If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department within 10days. Do not send the part back before receiving a RMA. Upon contacting Trinity Auto parts LLC please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. In an event part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in this warranty such as (customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part customer ordered the part for testing purposes etc) Trinity Auto parts LLC reserves the right to hold 30% restocking fee plus two-way shipping cost in the refund. Trinity Auto parts is responsible for items ordered till it is delivered to the address given at the time of sale. Once the said item is delivered irrespective of the customer collecting the same physical at the time of delivery or Authorized personnel’s (As provided by the customer at the time of sale) collecting the same on the customers behalf or if the said item is dropped at the address provided by the customer without any physical presence of the customer (As per guidelines of the shipping companies like UPS or FedEx authorized signature of personnel is not required to drop of packages as long as the address is valid and confirmed by the customer as safe to drop Trinity Auto parts LLC will no longer be responsible for the package except for return as per the above given guidelines. Once an order is placed with Trinity Auto parts the same can be cancelled without any restocking fee one hour from the time of placing the order post which any cancellation will involve a 25% restocking fee. Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Part is uniquely identified by markings on the part. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Trinity Auto parts will not be refunded. All problems must be in writing via Email or Fax to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.
Once the item is returned, we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to billing. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified.
Any refunds processed may take up to 7-10 business days before it reflects on the customer’s account.
In order for the warranty to be valid, standard “Recommended Installation Procedures” must be followed. Failure to provide proof of these steps being taken will void the warranty. Upon installation the purchaser agrees to follow vehicles regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer and may be required to provide proof of such activities in the event of a warranty claim.
